The work is manual and different for each vineyard, sometimes for each vine. No tractor on the Domaine

Very long cork ( 54mm X 24mm) for a long life of the wine.

Harvest in very small cases to keep grapes in perfect condition till the cuverie

Only when it is neccessary the soil is laboured by a horse.

Very small production,  average only 4 to 7 barrels a year.
(This year much less)

Damy Exclusive strait grain oak barrels, renew every year ( 100% new barrel)

My idea is that Bernard's enjoying his life and his work makes the vines feel good with him and willing to produce good wine
( this idea is totaly subjective ;-)))

No intensive agriculture.
The vinyards are surrounded by fallow lands.
Total of the Domaine 4 hectares for only 2 hectares of vinyard.
